My mission is to help people live fuller and more purposeful lives through a stronger foundation of health and wellness.

After years of struggling with the aftermath of multiple traumatic brain injuries as a former soccer player, I was told I was on my way to early-onset dementia. I did not accept this diagnosis.

I traveled the world learning about alternative treatment modalities, studying and collaborating with world-class experts in nutrition, toxicology, anti-aging and regenerative medicine. What I learned was that no treatment would work as well or be as beneficial without the foundational support of the foods I put into my body.

In 2021, I arrived in Costa Rica as a tourist. I fell in love again with ocean, something that i deeply missed from my youth fishing in Miami with my father. I quickly felt a deep connection with the country and its people. I was also disappointed with the quality of the seafood I was consuming and lack of accountability by the producers. I did more research to understand why, and traveled the country, seeing the dark side of the fishing industry here in Costa Rica. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s how Misha’s Super Seafood was born. Collaborating with the same experts around the world, and implementing Super Seafood, produced using Misha´s Method, into my diet has been instrumental in my recovery and in getting back to living a Supercharged life. Now I share these products with you!
